2.3. Custom orders, such as custom wigs or makeup services, are non-refundable once production or service has begun.

3.1. Appointment bookings, including wig installations, makeup services, and consultations, are confirmed only upon payment.
3.2. Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or cancellations without notice will result in forfeited fees.

4. Payments

4.1. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase or booking.
4.2. We accept major payment methods as listed on our website.
4.3. For e-commerce purchases, shipping fees and taxes (where applicable) are included during checkout.

5. Refunds and Returns

5.1. Due to the personal nature of wigs, we do not accept returns on worn or altered wigs.
5.2. Refunds are processed for defective products only. Proof of defect must be provided within 7 days of receipt.
5.3. No refunds are provided for services rendered, except in cases of proven non-delivery or substandard service.
